Retrofit in Berkeley
02/01/2011The Tom Sawyer building is an existing 8500 square foot multi-use building on the west side of the Solano tunnel. The interior will be retrofit for a software company and two stores while keeping the architectural integrity of the original brick exterior. Automatic shades and skylights will be combined with an energy management system for cooling and heating.
New lab and offices in Richmond
4/14/2011Bio Rad has approved a new 17, 500 sq ft concrete and steel building to start soon. One of our specialties is design/build and this building will include energy efficient lighting for the new offices. The labs will have state of the art cooling and clean air systems.
